It's a Power Wheels that's been converted to an R/C. It runs on 2 550 motors, so I just put an EVX into it. Steering still doesn't work, but that's next.

I'm not sure how fast it goes....stock it used two 6 volt batteries....now it runs on two 7.2 batteries. I tested it once when the body was off. It was able to pull the front wheels about an inch off the ground ;D

3300 GP matched cells. I'm going to get the hood autographed at Monster Jam....that and a Grave Digger flag on one side and an American flag on the other will be the finishing touches (along with Reedy Monster Maxx motors). It weighs less then my E Maxx did and it had a 15 minute run time with the same motors, batteries, esc, etc.

Metal gear servo mounted where the steering shaft went. Atleast, thats the plan.

It better be a fairly strong servo.

That's amazing. I never would have thought of making a kid's toy into R/C! The 550's seem small to me for such a big vehicle but I guess the fact that it's pure lightweight plactic makes up for it. Get a video sometime! BTW, the pic doesn't work.

Yeah a vid would be cool. I doubt it goes to fast, considering it is proabably geared real low with such small motors.
